• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing precise cargo weights, accurate destination details, proper packaging for transit, and compliance with all applicable local, national, and international trade laws.

• Prohibited Cargo: Fatema Transport strictly prohibits the movement of illegal goods, undeclared hazardous materials, contraband, or unregistered items. Misrepresentation of cargo may result in immediate termination of service and legal reporting.

• Limitation of Liability: While we exercise extreme care with all cargo, our standard carrier liability is limited to terms defined in individual bill-of-lading agreements unless explicit third-party insurance coverage is requested and purchased prior to transit.
